Knuckle Dusters from Hell. Really! Okay. Not really.

Because of where this was made and who it’s made for, the inspiration for the design of this weapon is the skeleton. The handle and knuckles are design to look like a spine, and the blade was designed to resemble a jaw bone (although because it’s attached to the spine you could say it resembles a really angry-looking sacrum).
