Out of Obscurity…

All of us here at Lumaglyph are very excited about reaching the Hackberry Hollow Blog one year mark. And I, with a stronger dose of my usual jittery excitement, was looking forward with great anticipation to today’s blog post. Then they told me they wanted me to write something for it…

And so, I suppose a bit of an introduction is in order of me, the “Mysterious Test Audience.”
I was born at a very young age and found in a small hole that bares no name. My secondary assignment, from which I receive my title includes, but is not limited to: reading the comic, programming, pushing back the release date, and gloating that I know more of the story than our blog viewers.

You may have gathered that I have no sympathy for you at all. And however jealous you may be of my assignment to read and understand the story, your attempts to drag from me the details will ultimately end in failure. However, my assignment as the “Mysterious Test Audience” is nothing when compared to the main focus of my time.

My exploits, influence, and power extend to areas which are more secret than even the story itself. Even I do not have sufficient clearance to know what I am doing. Yes it’s true, in time I may again fade back into obscurity, but you will all feel my influence as my other contributions to this project will one day shape your view of the webcomic!

Alas, even now, as I attempt to assert my significance I can hear Glen, Adam, and Shane marching, with limp trout in hand, to prevent me from revealing anything.
